http://www.designerbrandoutlet.com.au is ripping off its customers!!!

I bought Chloe 2007 runway V neck silk cocktail dress from DesignerBrandOutlet on 14th September online and received it on 21st September delivered by DHL.
The envelope was opened by DHL during the delivery and the garment was badly damaged.

On 22 September, I wrote the following letter to Designer Brand Outlet concerning the condition of a dress I had bought for my partner. The images above depict the condition it arrived in.

"Order number 2230000010879566
22 September, 2007
Dear Sirs
On 21st September, I received the Chloe v-neck dress I ordered from you under the above order number. I intend to seek a refund and return this item to you as it arrived in damaged condition, as described and illustrated in the attached pdf.
I look forward to your prompt response.
In anticipation, thank you.
Yours sincerely"

Since we emailed above letter, we keep trying to contact them everyday but they do not reply. They do not reply by email or on the phone. We cannot accept this opened parcel in which the item was damaged badly.

We have complained to DHL and DHL confirmed that they will compensate it to the shop but the shop still does not contact us...means admin@designerbrandoutlet.com / is taking double the money from us and DHL compensation.

www.designerbrandoutlet.com.au says that their products are authentic but we cannot believe it if the label is tone off.

www.designerbrandoutlet.com.au says all deliveries are made by Australia Express Mail but I received the envelope from Hong Kong.

www.designerbrandoutlet.com.au is dishonest and does not have any intention of communicating with customers.

Since I could not contact them, I tried to write feedback but www.designerbrandoutlet.com.au showed that they will check my feedback comments and locate on the web if the staff thinks it is appropriate.

No wonder!!! that www.designerbrandoutlet.com.au has all positive, nice and happy feedback!

I would advice you not to trust admin@designerbrandoutlet.com

All we needed was communication. We were ready to discuss with the condition of the product we received and tried to send it back.I do not know why they are so afraid of contacting us.

Hi, I think the problem may be with their mail server rather than not wanting to communicate. I had a missing order and repeatedly emailed admin and service email addresses which just got returned undelivered. I was getting very concerned and angry and I finally tried the returns email address and have just received a helpful reply. This is the fifth item I have ordered from them and I have had no problems previously. Hope this helps!
